CareOregon Dental is committed to staying connected with our specialty provider network. We aim to ensure reliable communication pathways and to be available for you when needed. Enriching our partnership helps ensure the best possible care for our members.
In November 2021, CareOregon Dental launched a new Monthly Specialty Provider Outreach Program.
If they haven’t already, a member of our Dental Access Team will contact your clinic to discuss the program. We are instituting brief monthly conversations between your clinic and a dedicated member of our Dental Access Team. These cadenced chats are an opportunity to review any tools and resources available to you, discuss issues or barriers, ensure the smooth implementation of the provider portal, and report on your clinic’s access wait times for appointments. This is also an opportunity for you to provide us with feedback and discuss areas for improvement.
